1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zt999 website at zt999.biz, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature or service offered by zt999, you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the zt999 platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players regardless of location. However, zt999 specifically serves Pakistani players accessing the platform through zt999.biz. These terms are written in English; in the event of any translation ambiguity, the English version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to zt999 and all services offered therein is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account on zt999, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain legally entitled to use the platform throughout the duration of your account.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also:

• Be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on zt999;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with zt999 or any linked platform;
• Not be acting as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• Be legally entitled under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming activities;
• Not be listed on any sanctions, prohibited persons, or politically exposed persons (PEP) list applicable to zt999's operations.

zt999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

To use zt999's betting and casino services, you must register a valid account. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on zt999. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if any details change. zt999 accepts no responsibility for communication failures resulting from inaccurate contact details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zt999 login credentials — your username, mobile number, and password. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your zt999 account credentials have been compromised, you must contact zt999 support immediately at [email protected]. zt999 will never contact you requesting your password under any circumstances.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

zt999 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. zt999 may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

zt999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at zt999's discretion from time to time.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at zt999 is Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers may differ and are displayed in the zt999 cashier at the time of transaction. zt999 does not set a maximum deposit limit for registered Players; however, internal transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your zt999 account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider's processing schedule. zt999 does not impose any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

4.3 Prohibited Sources of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your zt999 account are legally owned by you and do not derive from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited activity. zt999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular or fraudulent funding and to report such activity to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their zt999 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed with zt999 support. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) business day.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at zt999 is Rs 500 for e-wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests below these thresholds will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Where a Player has an active bonus with a wagering requirement attached, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full, or until the bonus has been forfeited. zt999 reserves the right to void a withdrawal request and reinstate the equivalent amount to the Player's wallet balance if it is determined that the relevant wagering requirement has not been met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

zt999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses offered by zt999 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses at zt999 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Specific wagering multiples are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Unclaimed bonuses and unused free spins expire automatically upon the expiry date specified in the relevant promotion.
• zt999 permits one (1) active bonus per Player account at any given time. A Player cannot hold two simultaneous bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly allows it.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are detailed in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. zt999 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any bonus offer where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The zt999 welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility is restricted to one (1) welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method. 7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on zt999 are subject to the zt999 Sports Betting Rules, which govern market availability, settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and the handling of disputes. The following general principles apply across all markets on zt999.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. zt999 will not honour bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from technical errors or pricing mistakes.
• zt999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, individual Player, or event at its discretion without prior notice.
• All cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches — are settled in accordance with zt999's Cricket Betting Rules. Where a match is abandoned or incomplete, specific void and settlement rules apply as detailed in the sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Player must contact zt999 support within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.
• zt999 reserves the right to suspend or void any bet where it suspects that the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised through match-fixing, corruption, or other irregular activity.

8 Casino Games

All casino games available on zt999 — including slot games, live dealer games, and RNG table games — are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical implements (cards, roulette wheels) under studio conditions.

8.1 Return to Player (RTP)

Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available within the game information panel of each title in the zt999 casino lobby. RTP figures represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual gaming session.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a casino game on zt999, all bets and payouts relating to the affected game round will be void and stakes returned to the Player's account. zt999 is not liable for any wins or losses that arise from demonstrably malfunctioning software.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zt999. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one (1) zt999 account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour, including but not limited to wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, chip dumping, or coordinated bonus accumulation across multiple accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game mode available on zt999.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, interact with zt999 services, or circumvent platform limitations.
• Money Laundering: Using zt999 in whole or in part to launder funds derived from criminal activity. zt999 is committed to AML compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, game bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profit. Any profits derived from such exploitation will be voided.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

zt999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms and Conditions; failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification; evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; or in response to a Player's own voluntary self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Player's own request, zt999 will communicate the reason for closure to the Player where legally permissible. Legitimate account balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification, except where funds are subject to investigation or forfeiture under these Terms.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their zt999 account at any time by contacting zt999 support. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. A Player who has voluntarily closed their account and subsequently wishes to reopen it must contact support; zt999 may at its discretion decline reactivation requests from Players who have previously self-excluded.

11 Responsible Gaming

zt999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered zt999 Players and can be activated from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your zt999 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which zt999 will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of time elapsed and net profit/loss during a session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from zt999 for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but you cannot place bets or access casino games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from zt999 for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are implemented immediately and irrevocably for the chosen duration.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the zt999 website — including but not limited to the zt999 brand name, logo, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and layout — is the intellectual property of zt999 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any zt999 content without prior written authorisation from zt999.

Third-party game content displayed within the zt999 casino lobby remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. zt999 operates under licence from those providers; such licence does not extend to Players or any third parties.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, zt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the zt999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if zt999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zt999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not in any circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their zt999 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zt999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. zt999 will make reasonable efforts to minimise service downtime and to notify Players of planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.

15 Changes to These Terms

zt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the zt999 website. The updated Terms and Conditions will display the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of zt999 following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using zt999 and close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which zt999 operates. In the event of a dispute between a Player and zt999 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under procedures established by zt999's licensing authority.
